When Motherhood Hurts

After my morning quiet time, my favorite part of the day is from 8:00-9:30 p.m. when my children are tucked snugly in their beds and the house is quiet. In those moments, my brain resumes its normal function and my heart rate slows down. My body relaxes from the tension of the day, and I can once again breathe.
