Weekly Meal Plan

This week my husband and I celebrate 8 years of marriage. If you’re curious as to how we met, you can read our story. It’s been a blur, honestly. Having 4 kids in 8 years will do that to you. But it’s been a soul-satisfying blur: we’ve grown individually and together in many ways, and I’m looking forward to the next year together.

Also this week, our oldest daughter finishes up her second year of American Heritage Girls. We still have a few more weeks of school here so I’m trying to have a good attitude and shake things up a bit because the natives (namely Mommy) are getting restless here.
