Weekly Meal Plan

This week we’re celebrating my third daughter’s THIRD birthday on Monday and having a family party on Saturday. On Wednesday, we have our last CBS class, culminating with our Children’s Program — always a hit! On Thursday, my big girls will be attending an enrichment program where they will learn about Trees. On Saturday, our church is hosting a Mother’s Appreciation Breakfast, and don’t forget Mother’s Day is May 10th!

We are also getting ready to list our house, so I would appreciate your prayers. Trying to keep a house clean with lots of little people running around in it is a challenge in and of itself, but when you have to tidy up at a moment’s notice for a potential buyer, it can be a real nightmare. Shoot me your best tips if you have any!

Creamy Stovetop Mac ‘n’ Cheese {Warning! This is not a grain-free/dairy-free dish! I’ll be using GF noodles}, Paleo Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets, & green beans

The birthday girl or Daddy gets to choose the meal for supper. Annabeth has chosen macaroni and cheese.

Tuesday- Cinco De Mayo!

Pioneer Woman’s Steak Fajitas with peppers & onions and Easy Guacamole

Pizza: Pioneer Woman Pizza for the kids, No Dough Pizza for D & me

I’ve decided to rotate three meals for Fridays: pizza, steak, & burgers.
