So I didn’t get to the Whole30 post I promised last week. Sorry. Last week was very eventful as is this week. I will get to it eventually, so bear with me. If you want to see what we ate during the Whole30, here are my meal plans.
I will tell you that I lost about 15 pounds on the Whole30. My aim was not to lose weight but the fact that I did and that I feel good is a bonus. I’ve decided that we will be cutting out legumes (beans) from our diet and will limit gluten (wheat) and grains (corn, rice, quinoa, etc.) because they are just not good for me (nor do I think they are really good for the kids). So, our meals will be heavy on meats, veggies, and fruits.
