Weekly Meal Plan

We have an action-packed week ahead with American Heritage Girls tonight, voting tomorrow, Community Bible Study on Wednesday, and family pictures on Friday. I’m so glad to have a meal plan that I did not have to create! Sometimes you just need a little assistance, and since I have just started a gluten-free diet, I need some new recipes.

This week, once again, I’m primarily following the weekly meal plan from Deliciously Organic. Orecchiette (Gluten-Free) w/ Sausage, Peppers, & Broccoli


Provolone Chicken & Iceberg Lettuce w/ Creamy Buttermilk Pecorino Dressing


Crockpot Beans & Sausage w/ Homemade Coconut Almond Candy Bars


Grilled Flank Steak w/ Scallions, Brown Rice, & Roasted Broccoli


Pizza Night! I can’t wait to try this GF pizza crust recipe recommended to me by JES of Strangers & Pilgrims on Earth.
